FunHouse is a Classic. The value of the pie is unmatched. The other foods are all great. The place is a dive and I hope they never change that. If you want to see quality pie stand at the window and watch how a real pizza is made. I have seen alot of pizza joints but few do what they do.
I bought 5 of those coupons and put them in each of the persons names I was giving them too. This is how the coupon was to be done if we wanted others to use them it also said on the perks page you have to show your ID to use it. We have used all 5 and have gotten more to use with no problems.
My family and I have been going here for years! We really enjoy this place and it's good for the whole family :) It's not too expensive and it tastes good. The only problem I've ever had was when I reserved an area for my daughter's first birthday, the party before us had ran over and there wasn't enough room for my guests. I think they should inforce the time allowed for each party... but what can I say, the reservation was free.
This was my first time going to this establishment, I must say what an experience. I will definately NEVER go back again. Customer service was horrible, yes it was busy at the time, but that is no excuse to be rude. All the employees there need to go to customer service training.
I used to work there from 94` to like 2000. I have to say this.. Opal and Tina are some of the best employers I will ever have. It was a fun place to work and I always stop by if I am in town and get one of their famous combos. That place used to have a band and be awesome. To hear you say the atmosphere sucks, is sad. I havnt been there in bout 4 years, so I cant say. Those christmas parties were always a blast. Its and experience in my life I wont ever forget. I had made some good friends in those years. In case anyone from FH reads this, it is me Josh, Jason and Trevor`s friend that all worked up there together. I grew up in Raytown but went to the Independence FH because it was always better to me. I will definately be back to say hi and get me one of those Bill Specials this time, YUMMY!!!
