Heroes Restaurant & Pub, Warrensburg

By far the best place to go for drinks in Warrensburg and if you ask me, one of my favorite bars to go to. They have a good beer selection but their mixed drinks set them apart. The Unknown is a must and their Long Island is the best L.I.T. I have ever had. It is about twice the size of any L.I.T you will get at another bar and with it being only $6, you can get 2 gigantic, well made Long Islands for the price of 1 small, not as good, Long Island in any major city. The drinks are great, I love the atmosphere, and the onion rings are unbelievable. If you are just looking for a place to relax, watch a game, have a few drinks, and eat some appetizers - this is definitely the place to be.

Smoking area/bar just as you enter. Once in a non-smoking area it is usually pretty good. If it were non-smoking I would go there at least once a week. Good onion rings, burgers and beer.

I have gone to heroes a few times and I have mixed feelings about the place. First though, in fairness, I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family who visit warrensburg since the menu offers some good dinner items. For some reason, when I go there alone, the waitresses (usually its a waitress) completely forgets about me. This has happened twice. Other than that I don't have any issues with Heroes.

Not worth the price...small portions...nuked cheese for the cheese fries..

I worked there for a year and it was a very unclean place. Your server handles you food barehanded almost as much as the cooks do! The menu was basic and expensive. (Sandwiches often cost 8+ dollars) They look to cut every corner and are always raising prices. However they do have some fairly popular draw items in the onion rings and unknown heroes drink. Both don't amaze me much but are really popular. I did really enjoy the weekend Prime Rib though. Still in the end you are far better off going to Fitter's, Applebees, Rib Crib, or Players. I hope this is helpful to you, I really tried to keep out any biases and honestly tell it how it is.

Heroes is by far the best place to eat in Warrensburg. Everything I've ever had has been above average--especially the Chinese Chicken Salad and the Boca Chica burger.

I go through warrensburg on business several times a year and always stop at Heroe's! The atmosphere is excellent. The service is superd, and the food is delicious. Yes, the place is crowded. That's because it's the best place to eat in Warrensburg!!
