Cake Pan, Blue Springs

I moved to Blue Springs a little over a year ago and came across the Cake Pan when I needed a few items. I am so glad that I found them!! I found out they had cake decorating classes and took them. Kathy is a really great teacher! I took all the coarses and the candy class as well. Kathy, Sandy, and Tracy are the greatest! I have learned new skills and everyone is always amazed with my cakes. I even have people asking me to make them all kinds of cakes, including wedding cakes. If you want to learn from the best, call the Cake Pan and take their classes. They are very personalized and have a lot of patience -- trust me -- or give them a call and they will do you right with their cakes which is always made with high quality ingredients. Plus they have everything you could want for cakes, candy, cookies, pans, color tints and many other supplies. You wont be disappointed, I promise.

I stumbled on the Cake Pan 9 years ago when my daughter got married. I was so pleased that I have been shopping there ever since. The shop always has what I need to make my occasions special and they are extremely helpful. I drive 50 miles to shop there and it's worth every mile !!!

I got a first birthday cake for my son from them and everyone said it was delicious! We will use them for all of our future birthday cakes! God job :-)

I ordered a 2 tier cake for my daughters birthday. It was wonderful. The white icing melts in your mouth. and the chocolate icing taste like fudge and on ice cream that makes it incredible. they really do a great job down there. I could't have went to a better place. There white cake was fresh and not fermented like the ones you get at other places. I know most people like those places because of the fillings, but I believe The Cake Pan will fill your cake too. I had about 30 people at my party and they kept telling me how great it was. Thank You, Cake Pan for making my party special. A forever customer.

I took a chance and went soley on the reviews from this website...big mistake. The cake was darling and very creative but the taste was awful. None of the kids would eat it and the next day my mom-in-law sat down and did a serious taste test and came to the conclusion that the white cake tasted like white bread and the chocolate cake tasted like it had gasoline. Very nasty tasting.

What a store, they have everything! They are so nice and helpful. The store is small and jam packed with so much. If you need it for baking they have it or can order it or even let you know where to get it. They teach classes if you are wanting to learn how to decorate as well. You should check it out for yourself, and if you dont decorate they do cakes there!
