We ate at Fiddlestik twice this past weekend. The first time was for lunch. We both had breaded pork tenderloins. They were DELICIOUS! The restaurant was clean, and our server was excellent. The second time we ate there was during a class reunion event. It was at night. My husband and I could not believe how well the waitresses kept our checks straight, kept our drinks filled, and kept our food orders straight, too. The waitresses were EXCELLENT in their job and seemed to be enjoying what they did--they were friendly. The food was delicious. I had chicken and my husband had prime rib. We both loved what we had.
Me and my girlfriend went there yesterday, 8/24/08. The food was good, but the service mediocre, ( we were right next to the kitchen). One big problem tho, MICE. THere were at least two of them running around the floor. We were in the back portion of the restaraunt, right next to the kitchen. The two mice were running under the corner table, we were sitting under the 'beatles 65' poster. I told the waitress about it and she did nothing about it.
I end up eating at Fiddlesticks quite a bit, because the prices are reasonable and the food is generally good. I would recommend the sandwiches, wraps, and salads over anything else. They are consistently good - the rest of the menu is pretty hit and miss.
I've eaten the dinner entrees a couple times, and honestly they weren't that good. Steak night is the only above mediocre dinner entree I've eaten there.
The service is great if you're a regular, but they tend to ignore people who they aren't sure will leave a decent tip. It's been my experience that service is better in the smaller bar area, rather than in the big dining room.
Fiddlesticks is such an awesome restaurant because they have such a great atmosphere there! One reason I love to go is because they have a waiter there named Eric who is sooooooooo HOT! Me and my friends go to see him and we flirt with him and guess what he flirts back! It is so cool and he is soooooooooooooooooo sweet!
