Since 1982, Fratelli's has been serving authentic Italian food the same way restaurants back in Italy do. The restaurant is owned and managed by brothers Joe and Tom Alanga, who work hard to make sure guests get friendly service and enjoy their dining experience. The restaurant is adorned with Italian-style decorations and has a banquet room that seats 40 people. There is also a display case showcasing the desserts served here. There is a sample menu on the restaurant's Web site, along with a biography of the owners and a list of their favorite recipes. Fratelli's serves such authentic Italian dishes as lasagna, chicken piccata and pizza. The meals are filling and affordably priced. There is an all-you-can-eat special on Mondays for select pastas. There is also a happy hour for Michelob draft beer.
A warm, charming, and relaxing atmosphere with excellent bar service (ate at the bar) and delicious food. Followed the google+ local recommendations for the St. Charles area, with a 23 of 25 point recommendation, Fratelli s delivered. The chicken marsala was paired with Jamie s recommendation for a chianti which was also excellent. The best meal I had all week during a business trip to the St. Louis area. Pasta and lasagna dishes served to other patrons while I waited almost made me change my order, but Jamie assured me I would not be dissapointed in my decision, and she was right. I will be back (to try the lasagna, if nothing else). Saturday night at 7pm is a tough time to deliver on expectations, but Fratelli s does so with charm, style, and grace.
Walked by on Friday January 28, 2011 and it was packed. Since we are from out of state, figured it has to be good so we ate dinner there on Jan 29th.
Ordered Salmon and it was raw in the middle and smelled fishy, thus we knew it was starting to spoil (probably the reason why it was on special). Another in the group has spaghetti with Italian Sausage and meatballs. He said it was not fresh made.
Nothing fresh in this place as far as we can tell.
Service always great. The food is fantastic- try the big salad with the house dressing as a meal- you won't be disappointed. Wonderful pastas. The best part is that it is smoke free- nothing to get in the way of the taste of the food and your clothes don't reek of smoke when you leave!
Loved the food and atmosphere. Very cozy. Mostly loved the fact that the restaurant went smokefree. Our group of 14 individuals was pleased with every aspect of our dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant for both casual dinners and special occasions. Prices are very reasonable.
Wonderful smells hit you outside before you even enter.

Courteous staff and management. Food is always excellent!!!! The restaurant will also sell you the house dressing which is to die for. Have been customers since they opened and have never had a bad meal. We celebrated a 50th anniversary there with friends and family and everyone enjoyed!
