This is one of the best restaurants around! It is family oriented with a wide selection of choices on a menu full of homemade goodies. We live nearby and enjoy going there as much as possible! Good food, friendly service! What more can you be looking for? Don't miss out on the Maid-Rites, homemade Tenderloins and onion rings! But most of all, don't go there with out trying the homemade rootbeer! The best anywhere!

we went and found it changed owners since 1st time we was there. they should of just closed it ,couldnt get waited on, food was dryed up, gravy over biscuts was digusting looking,regulars they was catering to== stood in line while they just past us by. we walked out first time when we got water then they never came back to take order. we should of knew better then to go again.thats when we got the digusting breaksfast,food bar dryed up all in no smoking area. you had to walk all threw to get to buffet bar, people coming in just got out of bed still in night clothes just went in to seat got coffee right off the bat.no one wanted to be working that weekend you could tell by the standing round they did while we stood at door waiting to be seated. someone needs to buy this and do it right,fire the whole bunch and start over.this place would make it if they knew what they was doing.you lost us as coustmers and we take drive from st charles mo to hannibal just to shop every couple months.i would much rather stop eat at macdonalds then this place.

Bad service...bad food...tiny bathrooms. I will admit the root beer was very good, very unique flavor. Outside of that, it was very disappointing...will never eat there again.

Rootbeer is a don't miss as are the onion rings. Potatoes that come with the fried chicken are instant. Beaware when ordering the 4 piece chicken dinner- 1 piece is a wing- waste of time. The tenderloin sandwiches were ok.

Ate there after being recomended by local hotel. I was completely disappointed, people were rude and food was awfull!! Over priced, just not what I expected at all! Will never go back, was on vacation, left hungry!

there were 5 of us we were there 8/5/09 the only thing good was the root beer the hamburgers were awfull dried out and and without taste never again

We went there this weekend my family ordered the buffet. The ribs were mostly bones and had been there for awhile. No one was eating the last clump of them but fresh was never brought out. There was not much to offer. The fish was cold and all the chicken was small pieces.We told the cashier and she just said oh okay! It was a waste money. I don't mind paying their prices if the food is good but theirs was definetely not.

My Wife and I Ate there this weekend.We Ordered the Buffet it was horrible The frog legs dry the catfish and chicken was the same. Not very good at all

My husband and I ate here on a weekend getaway. We had the pork tenderloin and homemade root beer. WOW! The root beer was great. I'm not one to just drink root beer. I prefer my root beer in a float but this was wonderful. We bought a gallon to bring home. The service was great and the food good, too.

This place was horrible. The service was bad, the food was disgusting, the prices were outrageous and the bathroom was filthy. Will not go back would have been better off eating fast food.
