TGI Friday's, St Louis

I have had a Fridays reward card for a long time. I always gave it to the sever to get my points but never received any rewards! TFraley

We're usually happy with the food and service here but the last couple times the shrimp wasn't as good, and the service we had last nite wasn't very good. Our waitress must have been new, she had to come back and ask my husband what he ordered, then brought me the wrong thing, I had ordered the Jack Daniel's Chicken Fettucini and they brought me Chicken Bruchetta or something like that. Husband was almost done eating before I got any food. It was good but not really happy with the service.

I cannot believe Friday's has taken some popular dishes off their menu...the French Dip, the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, and the Cajun Fried Chicken salad. My son and I will not be returning as long as these items are off the menu.

The good service alone is a rare commodity in this area... I just couldn't leave w/out speaking to the Manager about how impressed I was. Thanks so much TGIF Staff! After a year of being in Missouri..I finally found a good place to go on a regular basis. Thanks again! :)

Just love the Jack Daniels selections!

This place is much to noisy. One could hardly understand the waiter. We all had a big headache by the time we left. Not a place to take your kids, with the bar/bell and all the noise. It took over 1/2hr to get our food. I guess they are not prepared to wait on a table of 8. Never got the refills on the soda or the coffee. Paid $ 160 dor lousy service and mediocre food. called several times for the check but that took sometime getting it too. needles to say the tip was lousy too........
