Best Mongolian beef ever, good rice, excellent service from a good and descent family. Remembers what you like to eat, your name and genuinely cares. Support a family business before the chain store take over

I was not impressed. I tried this restaurant because of the good reviews. The food was not horrible, but I've had much better. For first time visitors keep in mind that they only accept cash. The fried rice was the darkest rice I've ever had, that means lots of soy sauce. The egg rolls were mediocre. The beef and broccoli was average. I doubt I'll go back.

Grew up in this neighborhood and always enjoyed eating rice from the place of business since they open. Great non-greasy rice. Keep Rockin!!!!!!!!

I have been eating here for 25 years. This is the best place ever to eat. I now live an hour in a half away and when we come up to the city we always make sure we go there to eat and we always stock up on a few items. I wish that they would move closer my way, no one around here knows what they are doing! I love this place..

This is my favorite Chinese resturaunt. The service is fast the food is always hott and ready to eat. The people are more then friendly. I just love this place ive been going here for at least 5 years and i will continue to go there.

Best for Local Takeout

I've been eating at House of Chen for 21 years, as I grew up just down the road from them. Jenny, one of the owners is the sweetest lady. They have the BEST Cashew Chicken & Hot Braised Chicken in ALL of St. Louis County. I keep begging my mother to freeze and ship me some, but she won't, not even for my birthday LOL. Anyways, for takeout Chinese you can't go wrong with them.
