I had high hopes when I entered the restaurant and a grandmotherly Italian woman exited the kitchen area, but soon thereafter my hopes were dashed. The salad served with the entree was highlighted with the house dressing. The entree, Chicken Siciliano, had potential, but called out for the extra kick of sun-dried tomatoes. The side of pasta was most disappointing. The marinara sauce with meat was quite sweet and delicious, but the pasta it was served with tasted like store bought. Service was attentive, maybe too much so, they took my bread plate with bread and knife on it, without asking. I believe I'll give the place another shot in the future and hope I don't see the grandmotherly Italian lady in the dining room and hope she's in the kitchen.
