Kemoll's Italian Restaurant, St Louis

craving a kemolls salad right now! and some of that yummy bread :)

Had a most enjoyable lunch today at Kenoll's. Once my eyes adjusted to the incredable view both outside and inside we were presented menues and given time to relax and study it. The service was smooth and not overbearing. The food was done to perfection. I think it is certainly worth the price. I'll be back !

I never had a bad experience here at all. To insinuate that you recieved bad service because your African American is ridiculous (Unhappy). I bet everywhere you go if people don't jump to please you you think they're racist. Get over it and find something else to be bitter about. This place was always great for me, good food, good service, a little slow but it's not a fast food joint and good food takes time to cook. But then if you're only used to Applebee's then maybe you should stick with what's in your budget.

My fiancé and I picked this restaurant so that I could meet my future in-laws. The service was slow and the food was horrible. I ordered the filet Mignon medium rare. However, it came out burnt on the top and bottom. So, I basically ate the middle out of it. This was horrible for a $35 steak. My soon to be father-in-law ordered the rib eye steak prepared medium. The entire steak was BURNT to a crisp. It was another $35.00 steak. When we asked the waiter about the food, he basically indicated that Kemoll's had been in business for 35 years and they don't make mistakes. Our total bill was $245.00 and the meal was horrible. I would rather eat a steak from Applebee's then to go to this dive. We will NEVER step foot into this restaurant again. YUCK-O!

Horrible service, and a miserable experience. This is supposed to be one of the best in St. Louis, but my friend and I sat there for about 10 to 12 LONG minutes before someone, in a full room with a waiter serving, even acknowledged us. The staff, of underlings who provided the menus, basically through them at us without saying a word, and the waiter, when he finally arrived, did not apologize after I told him to help us. He did NOT say his name, and after I got up and told the matre'd that we were leaving because of the way we were treated (and we are African-American, mind you) he did not offer to make it right, or offer anything to recoup my business. Stay FAR AWAY from Kemoll's!!

It is a very good Italian restaurant. the ambiance was great. the Filet Douglas Medallions of beef tenderloin in cognac and cream sauce with lobster, was outstanding. But the Bananas Foster needs a little work.

My date and I had an awesome time here. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was top notch. The only real complant I had about it was that the dinning area seemed sort of worn down and looked as though it could use a little bit of restoration. It is certainly a restaurant I will be going to again.

I COME FROM A VERY OLD SCHOOL ITALIAN HOUSE HOLD AND KNOW ITALIAN FOOD LIKE THE BACK OF MY HAND. I'VE SPENT ALLOT OF TIME IN ITALY WITH FAMILY OVER THE YEARS AND WHEN I TRAVEL I ALWAYS TRY TO FIND THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD NO MATTER WHERE IM AT. THIS IS IT!!! THERE IS NOTHING THAT COMPARES. ITS NOT JUST THE FOOD, ITS THE WHOLE KEMOLL'S EXPERIENCE!!

I went here through a friend's advice and she was right. A nice resturant with great service and a wide variety of food. A very nice place to take someone special.

It is by far the best Italian restaurant in the St.Louis area.It has great ambiance too.
