Food used to be good once upon a time. The food now is #$%$. Today o ordered the general tso chicken. It was EXTRAdry, as was the rice. The rice was also under cooked. When I called to inform them of this, she was kinda rude. Also kept making reference to other peoples orders, which had nothing to do with me. She kept addressing the chicken only as well, and said nothing of the rice. No apology or anything about the food.
Ordered delivery from Chins Wok, as often as once a week....until we noticed that the crab sticks were burnt under the breading, which happens when you re-fry previously fried crab sticks.
When I called about this, the person answering the phone responded by saying, I cannot answer. We don t order from them anymore.
Recommend Lucky House which is in the same area and is very good.
The food was not good. We ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice. The sauce is from a can, the rice tasted old, the chicken tasted like grease. The crab rangoon was subpar was very greasy as well. We went out of our way to go to Chin's because of the other reviews, but it turned out to be a waste of time and money.
Definately a great place to eat, love the food; as well as great service! I love their Egg foo young and their crab ragoons are great! The portions are a good size and some may consider it to be more pricey but the portion size and quality of the food make up for the few extra dollars. I'd say this is one of the only Asian resteraunts I actually go to(Other than Asia @ the Lumiere casino).
Best crab rangoons ever. Same for the hot and sour soup which is actually hot and sour, not like the stuff on most buffets. Hunan Triple Crown has some nice, big shrimp in a good sauce. This place is one of our local favorites.
We love Chin's Wok! It is the best Chinese delivery around. I have lived in several different parts of St. Louis over the years, (Webster Groves, St. Louis City, Florissant) and by far this is my favorite!
