Way back in July during the thunder storm that left everyone in North County without power for about a week my husband and I went there with our daughter. They were so completely packed full of others who were also without power. I think they had every person on payroll working, and they were working hard. They had to send a worker out to the grocery store that had power to get more supplies. We were there for breakfast and everything tasted wonderful. Yes the service was slow but it was forgivable as the place literally had people standing to eat. We actually sat with a family that had already ordered. The other customers were all so very friendly as were the waiters/waitresses. My food was hot and fresh !
Great little family owned diner.
If your tired of cookie-cutter breakfast houses like Waffle House and sometimes like to take a little adventure going to a diner with old diner character this place is for you. Although quite small; the food is great and priced right. The owners couldnt be friendlier and seem to know just about everyone who walks through the door. I've only been there once but there must be good reasons so many people keep coming back. I sure will.
