My husband and I had a delicious meal tonight, in no small part due to the delightful attenion to detail that the chefs and staff provided. I didn't care for the first soup, so it was immedietly replaced by something lovely. The corn chowder with red bell pepper will rock me to sleep tonight. The salmon with mango sauce was more than heavenly. Our server, Courtney, suggested the blackened salmon with bleu cheese sauce next time. There will be a next time (Thyme?) again -- definatly. We also highly recommend the Savory Cheesecake platter as an appetizer, though save some back or you won't have room for your entree (and you WILL be tempted to finish it off).
