Most Anglo/Americans do not know that on Saturdays, they serve very authentic Vietnamese Soup. You can order a small bowl (which is more than a large bowl at most Chinese restaurants) or a large bowl (which is very filling). It is AUTHENTIC Vietnamese instead of what most Americans think of as Vietnamese. It comes with greens and various hot and sweet and salty sauces which you can use according to your taste. The soup contains sausage and various other ingredients, but the largest portion is a huge amount of noodles. We have been on Saturday at least a half dozen times in the past two years. It is a fantastic way to warm up on a cold day. Every time we have been there, the place is quite crowded with Southeast Asians. This is the best evidence that a restaurant is truly great!!

Very good food and great prices! When I went they had the lunch buffet set up and it was very good. I enjoyed everything (except the American desert!) and plan on going back again. The server was very nice and the whole thing, plus time was $7.50!
