Despite the negitive reviews I read on here tonight , I attempted to call in a order at 11:50 for pick up. I asked the lady if there were any specials and she stated there was a 11 dollar 3 topping pizza, so I placed the order then said it was for pick up. I proceeded to give them my number but they said the number was different on the caller ID , so I said let me call right back to see if that fixes it. I called back and they said the number was good. But the guy who picked up the phone told me that the special is no good because it's not vaild during the holidays. I guess these people really do have bad customer service. Needless to say they didn't get my order , I'll find somewhere else to take my business .

The little gay guy that runs tha place is a jerk....hell mess up ur order n then act like its ur fault.....i dont know how there even in buisness.....there food sucks n service is worse.....a buncha jersey shore homos with tight shirts......

Nobody buy from Sam's Pizza! They are thieves and liars! I bought a sams pizza last night and they shorted me $10 in my change. The order total was $23.48 and they only gave me $6.52 in change and I had given the guy two twenty dollar bills. When I called to complain they said I had only given them $30 not $40 which is impossible because I had just gone to the ATM to get cash for the pizza and ATMs only give you twenty dollar bills. My family and I have been loyal customers of theirs for a long time and I was truely shocked that they would do this. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I am telling everyone I know so they will not have the same thing happen to them. Spread the word!

SAMS PIZZA RULES! When you go here order the pizza. it is the best pizza to have ever exsisted.EVER... everyone talking about the chicken nuggets and their misommunication with the owner who barely speaks english - be quiet please. the attitude is worth the pizzas flavor! mmm mmm mmmm. I miss you, Sam's Pizza. Until we meet again.........

Went to a bowling banquet there with my wife. I'm 49 years old and this was the worst banquet I've ever been to. Food was cold and tasted like it was out of cans. I would rate McDonalds better than this place. Also, read the other reviews, it seems like the manager doesn't give a hoot about customer service. Go to Cafe Greco for some decent Italian food and don't waste your money here!

I called for a to-go order of cheese raviolli and was told a price and when it would be ready. When I got home and opened it to my surprize was meat raviolli. So I called to tell them there was a mistake on my order. They got the manager so I started to tell him what my concern was he kept interuping me and wouldn't let me finish.I was told that it was my fault because they don't sell cheese raviolli for that price of 6.99. I needed to spend 11.99 for cheese ones. I thought if you order cheese raviolli you would get cheese raviolli not meat. I wonder what happens if you order cheese pizza. Disapointing all the same. The Sams on Riverside DID take care of my problem.Thank you for that.This is twice that Sams on Harlem didn't make my order right. There won't be a third.

I have lived in NY for the past five years, had pizza rustica the best in SOBE and nothing comes close to Sam's Pizza back home! Especially when cut Chicago style (cut in squares) It's all I eat when I go back to visit!
