Thai Cuisine Restaurant, Rockford

I've traveled quite a bit over the world, and Thai Cuisine retauarant has some of the best Thai food out there. Quite frankly, I can think of only one other Thai restaurant that had better food, and that was in Honolulu. I have probably been in a couple of dozen Thai restaurants, from England (which has some of the best ethnic food around,) and North America, including Canada and Hawaii, but most don't compare to this one in Rockford. If you're uncertain about what to try, give their Basil Chicken a shot. It is typically pretty spicy, but you can have them preapare it medium or mild. There are plenty of other good dishes. Including their Chicken satay appetizer, any of their curry's (gang kari) is one of our favorites) , or Pud Thai. If you want to try a variety of things and not spend a lot of money, try their lunch buffet. Their Tuesday Lunch buffet is my personal favorite.
