Im puerto rican, so ive been having the food my entire life. Borinquen used to be really good, but now its just not the same. Its not the best, but ive had worst. Its hard to get really good puerto rican food when you have mexicans cooking it.

The food is pretty good, But they should have late hours, whenever I go there, it's never open!!

mmmmmmmm!!! I love the food here! I live on the south side, but if I am in the mood for a Jibarito you better believe i'm going north. The jibarito is so delicious, de lechon or pollo. (pork or chicken) with side of arroz con gandules. Well, I gotta go to Borinquen to get the delicious jibarito, my mouth waters when I think about it.

I like to try different types of foods. The jibarito steak sandwich was by far the best sandwich I've had. The idea of using plaintain for the bread couldn't have been a better choice. This restaurant I would recommend to anyone. I will return in the future

Very good food and very good price. My favorite is the jibarito. I could die a happy person if only i get to eat a jibarito. Very much recommended.

I know good Puerto Rican food..they are all right...service is too slow...my moms food is way better..but I'll eat there once in a while
