Best Chicago deep dish anywhere.

I have been eating at the Clybourn location for years now and have yet to find a better pizza anywhere in the city or suburbs. For a yuppie and pretentious location, Pequod's keep the little pizza place atmosphere and neighborhood pizza joint feeling like no other. In the summer, enjoy a pitcher of beer, some 'za, and the 'view' from the front tables. I would never recommend, and don't, another place to eat and enjoy the 'city'.

Out of this World good!!!

I have been coming here for about 8 years and they have not lost their touch! The carmalized crust takes you to a whole other world. Its truely something everyone should experience at least once in their lives!!

It's pretty good pizza

Okay, so the pizza was pretty tasty--it was thin crust--delicious. BUT, it was pretty pricey AND it's sorta in a dump. If you like the bar type places-go there. All in all--it was okay. I would prefer to spend my money on Giordano's pizza if I was in Chicago.

This Pizza ROCKS!

The pizza and the place both Rock... There's cool rock playing fairly loud, along with some Chicago sports on televisions, to compliment this groovy pizza joint and bar. Tell Tony the bartender that Sergio sent you. Cheese melted into the crust is the perfect way to end a slice of this fabulous Chicago style pan pizza. The sauce is perfect, with the fresh ingredients and fresh cheese. The zucchini sticks appetizer is a must have, as well as a great beer on tap.

The Best Deep Dish Pizza in Chicago

Pequod's is a hidden treasure in West Lincoln Park. Rated by Maxim magazine over big chain joints like Pizzeria Uno, Giordano's, and Geno's - it takes its rightful place at the top of the heap when it comes to Chicago style pizza. If you want a REAL Chicago neighborhood pizza joint, go there. Check out the lunch special, a personal deep dish and a beer for less than $5.
