I was in town for a conference and stopped here for lunch. I had one single entree of Orzolaya, which was $9.99 as part of its lunch special. A few days later when I checked my credit card statement, I was billed $37.00.
Avoid this place at ALL costs.
THE WORST!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
First off, the food was below average, however the service is HORRIBLE!!!!
Our waitress ignored us the entire evening and then charge an 18% gratuity rate for parties over 5!! When we asked to speak with a manager because of the poor service the manager’s only resolution was to take the gratuity off the check, NO APOLOGIES at all!!! The manger then proceeds to fling the receipt on the table without so much as a good night!! After leaving the waitress flips us the middle finger from above the escalator while we were on our way down!! When we turn around and came back up she denied it and called us CRAZY!! The manager comes back out and instead of telling her employee to stop arguing with us she tells us that we need to stop talking to her employee!!!! What a night!! After all of this I couldn't get the general manager on the phone had to file a complaint through the general manger of another location!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!!!!
Bottles of hot sauce just cover the walls. Take your pick. You want mild or melt your tongue hot? The gumbo is amazing. The jerk chicken is fab. The best smashed sweet potatoes and greens I've ever had in my life. The atmosphere is fun and exciting and it's right downstairs from an AMC Theater. Make a night of it. We have several times.
I really enjoy eating at this place. I took my sister and co-workers here for lunch a couple of times. They serve New Orleans style food which is great. The gumbo is off the chain. The wait staff provide excellent service. The price is reasonable and you get alot of food for the price. A must do!
If you like cajun food then look no futher than, Heaven On Seven where you will be served more than your fair share of cajun cuisine at a resonable price. Start your meal of with a heaping helping of their delicious gumbo. The ease into their extensive menu of New Orleans down home cooking. Which includes favorites such as: Po' Boy sandwichs, catfish, southern fried chicken, and etouffee's. And the service is top notch. So when your in the area be sure to drop in and get a taste of heaven
A very rich experience indeed. This food is not for the faint hearted. The food is seasoned to perfection and ranges in spiciness. The dishes are wonderful and the drink menu has mid size variety. This is a fast paced restaurant, with small space. The service is quick, and the prices are good. One meal for a single ranges from $20- 25.
