Don't waste your time

We went to the Cheesecake Factory on a Saturday in May, expecting to be seated relatively quickly for a brief meal. Boy, were we ever wrong!
It took two hours to get a table. By this time, it was nine o'clock, and the two seven-year-olds in our party were exhausted, as it was past ten at home, and past their bedtime. One of the girls was particularly picky with what she ate and ordered cheese fries with no bacon. They arrived with bacon and extra barbeque sauce, clearly not what we had requested, not to mention they were lukewarm. The other girl received lukewarm chicken fingers. The atmosphere was loud and too bright, and we didn't feel comfortable.
The cheesecake is good, but I'd recommend that if you must dine at the Cheesecake Factory, do it at a slow time--and outside.
