We loved when we stepped into the restaurant we could smell the wood burning fire. We were very impressed with the wonderful atmosphere and warm inviting ambience. We were even more impressed withe the food. We had the Beef Wellington and Lobster tail. They were DELICOUS! So was the sides that came with them. We were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and it was the perfect restaurant to spend it. When we told our waiter that it was our anniversary, he even brought us a little cake with candles to share. It was a perfect evening!

Favorite restaurant in Glenview! The food is delicious and the bread served before the meal is outstanding. I went there for my birthday and intend to go back very soon.

Everything was delicious. The scallop skewer appetizers were perfectly done. I had the grilled sockeye salmon on spinach. My wife had the parmesan encrusted steak. The waitress was excellent--she picked up on the fact that it was my wife's birthday from the card my son gave her and brought a desert brownie with a candle. Service was a little slow, but not enough to spoil the evening.

Steak that melts in your mouth

The food at Wildfire is amazing. When you think steakhouse, you think quality is going to come at a high price. Not at Wildfire, in comparison to steakhouses like Capital Grill and Lawry's, Wildfire holds its own. Food cooked to your liking and cuts that are tender that they melt in your mouth.

Great place to have a fine glass of wine and a great steak. Their fish entrees are every bit as good too. Definitely recommend this place to take a client or a date.

Steaks are well prepared, priced where you would expect for an upscale steakhouse. Service and surroundings are pleasant.

Consistently good food, huge portions. The daily specials are never disappointing. Wait times can be lengthy, reservations are a must.

My 10-year-old and I have "date night" here monthly and we always find that it's clean, child-friendly (early) and the food is excellent. We've had fish, steaks, salads, the gamut, and it's all delicious. Great throwback servers and a fun, oaky dining room.
