Our family owned-and-operated restaurant has been serving delicious food in the downtown Chicago Loop since 1969. Along with our award-winning Chicago-style deep dish pizza and baby back ribs, our menu features steaks, chops, fresh seafood, and a variety of super salads and sandwiches.Located in the heart of the downtown Chicago Loop, we are within walking distance to theaters, museums, and shopping on Michigan Avenue and State Street. We are centrally located just a few blocks from the Chicago Hilton Towers, The Palmer House, and the Congress Plaza hotels. We're just two miles from the McCormick Place Convention Center and Navy Pier.

Exchequer Restaurant consistently serves good tasting, well prepared meals that are at reasonable price points. Service is prompt, quick and friendly. Poplular place on a Friday night!

The food here was pretty good, but we had the most rude server I've ever been around. We were chastised for ordering more food than we could eat (honest mistake) and though the place wasn't busy, we waited a long time to be seated and to have our order taken. I'd come back for a beer, maybe, but I'd not eat at this establishment again.

I have eaten a lot of pizza in my life, and I am absolutely not exaggerating when I say that this place has THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE! Nothing else comes close. The decor is funky, the service is decent and the pizza is to die for.

The best restaurant in Chicago. The best onion soup, ribs, and of course, best Chicago's style pizza. A must stop if you visit Chicago.

All around this place was average. The bar area is a great place if you just want drinks and appetizers. The restaurant area is not so good. The service was poor even though there were many servers and bussers. The beer was warm and the food was average at best. There was a piece of glass in my mug of beer and they took off 10% of the bill but still tried to charge me for the beer and did not apologize. I'll go back for fun but not for dinner.

True Chicago Bar

The walls are covered with newspaper clippings of bygone eras intermingled with pictures of old time stars. Great pub food, burgers, pizza and greek chicken. I've never had better service at a bar, and there is a great selection of beers on tap.
