Great service and they deliver! For the downtown area you can't get any better than Perez.

THE BEST HAND'S DOWN,NO ONE CAN COME CLOSE THE THE FRESHNESS, THE MEAT'S, POLLO AND THE PICO DE GALLO IS TO DIE FOR ALWAY'S EXCELLENT. ALSO EASY ON THE POCKET'S. TACO'S ( 5 STARS) CARNE ASADA 5 STARS. JUST GO THERE ARE (2 LOCATION'S) THE OTHER 1163 WEST 18TH STREET THE DECOR, BEAUTIFUL WAITER'S ALWAY'S ATTENTIVE. YOU WOULD MISS A GEM IF YOU PASS ON THIS! OTHER RESTURANT'S USES LARD, THEY DON'T?
