Sweet Maple Cafe, Chicago

There is so much to be said about the delectable breakfast menu at Sweet Maple Cafe. While the menu is not as large as those at other breakfast venues it is by no means lacking in any way. Its country style menu includes delicious pancakes, cuts of meat like country ham, french toast and freshly made muffins. The omelets are as huge as the coffee is strong. With a few healthy options thrown in, the menu can please anyone. The place is small and the wait is usually long, but the biscuits more than make up for the line. They also offer a lunch menu, but the enchanting breakfast options definitely take center stage. - Sylvia Barragan
