Wishbone - West Loop, Chicago

Very disappointed, not only was the taste bland but did not represent canine food at all. Once a real Cajun restaurant moves into area they are to have a hard time justifying their menu. They were even out of crawfish.... The crabcakes were cut down to the point there was nothing in them that represented crab. The greens were not too bad but this hard to get wrong. The service was okay but few employees were legal... Or spoke much spanglish. Will not,be going back and will be spreading the word. Don t was a dollar on this place!

A great place to eat. Shrimp and grits awesome!!!!!!!! Can't wait to get back there......

Just happened upon this amazing place on my last trip to Chicago. The food was excellent (red beans and rice, cheesy grits, pancakes) -- everything we ordered at our table was so, so good. I cannot wait to eat there again. The service was wonderful, as well!

Wish Bone was the most enjoying meals Ive ever tasted away from home . It has very great service which is fast and there Blackened catfish is the best ever !! I'll definitley be back again very soon. I Love it !!!!! I Love It !!!!

This is a cool spot...First, let me say, the service was excellent...we got our order very quickly...I had Jambalaya (i like it, what can i say)...and I will say this...after having pappadeux, this jambalaya was just ok....but the crabcakes were great!!! You must order the greens...they were almost as good as mine...the 3 milks cake? YUCK!!! it was super soggy...but on the restaurants defense, it was my first time ever having it and i dont know if thats how it is supposed to be, but i will never eat it again!! LOL

its some of the best soul foo not cooked by black people that Ive ever tasted it... I loved it.... my favorite....the mac and cheese is on point the best I've had in a restaurant...and the catfish and greens were soooo good!

A place to remember NOT to go back to, high priced, low quality, bad service, snooty staff that will make sure that you are not welcome. They will get your money once, then you will be here complaining about the food and lack of service provided. Try Alpo once, it would be an improvement!

Oprah must have paid for this review. Not even in the top twenty burgers in Chicago. Why would Yahoo print that the burger at Wishbone is anything more than ordinary and expensive. There are beautiful burgers all over the city and you guys choose thise one ??? Bad form.

Wishbone is a Chicago favorite for many reasons; good food, funky decor with some truly weird paintings, and it's the home of Maurice, the best server anywhere.
