Bad service for carry out

I ordered my lunch and come to pick up. I paid ant they told me to sit there and wait. I have been waiting, waiting and waiting and they never call me for my order. I saw they took out the food and left on the counter. I was stand up and try to go to the counter and one of the lady ask is this my food? I told her that it was sitting there for a while and why no one was asking me? She did not say any thing. The food is ok but the service is bad period.

Great place!

We LOVE Thai food and try to eat it whenever we can since we don't have any restaurants where we live. We found Siam Rice this past weekend by chance and boy were we glad we did! Prices reasonable- especially for Chicago- and the food was wonderful. We ordered 3 different things- all perfectly prepared. We even got our 5 year old to eat Pad Thai with mild/no spice and he devoured it. Decor was very upscale and bistro-ish. Seemed very clean. Would definitely go back. It was a party in our mouths!

Never go there again

As I was eating my lunch at the juice bar, a roach walked right in front of my plate. I didn't make a scene but I called the waitress/manager over and pointed out the bug. She proceeded to kill it with her hand. I don't think she washed them after she was done. The she refused to comp my meal. She said she could only give me 20% off my ticket. The nerve of some people!

Go easy on the extra hot sause!! Their spicy dish is already spicy..I learnt that the hard way:)
