Wonderful ambience, wonderful servivce

The unbelievable service matches their food. The waiters/waitresses are very knowledgeable and helpful without being condescending. Try the degustation menu. Let the chef awe you with his skill and style.

Like a mini vacation

The food, wine, service and ambiance are stellar. The magnificant veiw of the city, spacious seating and a beautiful dining room combine to make it one of the most romantic and gracious experiences. The food is fabulous without being trendy.Excellent wines with a knowledgeable staff to help you choose just the right paring. Don't miss it!

Everest is absolutely superb, food, ambience, service....my first experience there was fantastic. A must go and I will like to dine there again if I visit Chicago again.

Romance above a beautiful city

To me stepping into The Everest room is stepping into a fabulous romance novel. The food and decor and romantic atmosphere can compete with any fine restaurant I have been in in Paris or Rome. It is truely a remarkable, memerable evening not soon to be forgotten.
