the so called chefs cantu and roche are not the innovators of a molecular restaurant and a gastro molecular lab. Chef Ferran Adria came up with the idea way before cantu and roche. Shame, shame, shame for trying to steal Chef Ferran Adria's ideas and claim it as their own.
Great! One of my favorite eating experiences in the city of Chicago. And it is an experience! From the edible menu to the creativity of each course, we enjoyed each tasting. We enjoyed the diversity and the uniqueness, and enjoyed each other's company...I would highly recommend it.
