Stay away from this restaurant! If you have a coupon they will change the menu price. The waiter was rude and stole my change and kept it for his tip. If you have a coupon you will end up being over charged and treated rudely. I paid $10.95 for a ordinary slice of cheese cake. OUTRAGEOUS! There is a Cheesecake Factory nearby, go there instead . There is also a Red Lobster a couple of blocks down the road and they are wonderful. Buca Di Beppo was nearly empty on a Saturday evening even though they were offering a two for one coupon. This should have been my first warning. Do not give these crooks your hard earned money. Put them out of business go elsewhere.
VERY LOUD, CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND EVEN FOR A SUNDAY NIGHT AT 6:00PM. TABLES WERE VERY CLOSE TOGETHER AND IT WAS VERY CRAMPED. FOOD WAS A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR IN THE AMOUNT. APPETIZERS WERE NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID! I THOUGHT IT WAS DRY AND NEEDED MORE SAUCE ON THE VARIOUS ITEMS WE ORDERED. OUT OF A SMALL PORTION, THERE WAS VERY LITTLE SASUAGE AND CHICKEN IN EACH DISH! NOT EVEN DONE WITH OUR APPETIZERS THE WAITRESS ALREADY BROUGHT OUT OUR MAIN DISHES! FELT RUSHED, AND ITS ALWAYS RUDE TO BRING YOUR MAIN COURSE OUT WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED YOUR APPETIZERS YET! FOOD WAS OK-WOULD ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE/MEATS. BUCA IS NOT NEARLY COMPARIABLE TO ITALIAN FOODS, ANYONE CAN COOK NOODLES AND ADD SAUCE. IF YOU WANT REAL ITALIAN, GO TO PALMARO'S-THEY HAVE VARIOUS LOCATIONS :)
This place is amazing, the outside gives an old school feel but once inside you are suddenly transfered somewhere else. The food is amazing and the service spot on! Ya wanna treat someone to some great italian food go here!
Some people LOVE a loud, boisterous, crowded dining environment. I do not. WAY to many screaming kids and babies. Tables too close together and people bumping into you if they sit behind you. Food is only so-so and mildly overpriced. I really could care less about the kitchen tour. Noise level on a Friday and Saturday night is ungodly.
Want real Italian? Go to Isabella Italian Cafe in Tinley Park. Authentic Italian in a quaint atmosphere.
We had an event at Buca di Beppo last week and the evening was incredible! They have the nicest event planner there! She is detail oriented beyond belief! If you want to set up a unique and delicious Italian party then you have to go to Buca and search her out! Trust me, I had phone calls the next day to tell me how wonderful the food and party were! The event planner even stopped by to see how everything was for us! Excellence at its Best!
OH MY GOODNESS! FANTASTIC! We had our party catered and delivered from Buca and it was plentiful and the prices are fantastic! Everyone at our party raved and raved about the delicious Lasagna and Chicken Parmigiana! But wait.....the tiramisu was the best we ever tasted! A must for catering everyone!
Me and my boyfriend were craving some italian food and Buci was one place we always drove by but never ate there. We went in and it took them at least 10 minutes to seat us, keep in mind they wasn't crowded. They walked us through the kitchen and then dropped us off in this area to pick a seat. The waitress finally came by and told us to wait a minute. All the tables in this area we nasty and plates everywhere, I was ready to go, but my boyfriend said it's get better. We'll it didn't the short, unfriendly waitress was mean and she rushed us on ordering and the prices were ridiclous. Our ceasar salad had brown and black leaves........Should I go on.....We won't ever go back.
