Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Crest Hill

Going through drivethu, asked for an extra sauce with my chicken at the window, and was told by the man working there NO . I asked, well can I at least buy one? He replied You will have to go back through the drive thru and wait in line and order the sauce . I thought this was a complete joke, asked him if he was kidding, and he mumbled under his breath and I could not understand him. When I get my meal... no extra sauce, and when I tell the manager, her response is... We are not allowed to add anything to orders in the drive thru, even sauce, because it interrupts our flow - are you kidding me?? I thought you at least had to have a high school degree know adays to work at fast food, apparently not!
