Went there this evening for the first time ever! Our entrees were delicious & prompt service!

Food very average, with real pricy winelist. More important, waiter/expediter who took food from kitchen, put his hand in pasta bowl when placing it on the table! Not just our table, but numerous tables around us. Real gross. Informed the waiter, who apologized, but expediter continued to handle everyone's food with bare hands inside the bowls (wrote a letter to management suggesting using a platter and napkin to place dishes to patrons; hopefully, it will make a difference).

Had dinner on Saturday night. We were seated in the back area of the restaurant. Food was great. I had mahi mahi that was unbelievable. My in-laws have owned seafood restaurant so I know good fresh fish when I taste it. Great atmosphere and service. Will definitely becoming a regular patron at this place.

The staff are exceptionally great. We never had to wait for more water, drinks, wine, bread. They were very on top of it without hovering! They were all nice and genuinely concerned about your experience. The food was excellent. Everyone in our party loved it. We were in a back room, so the view wasn't the best, but everything else was AWESOME!

we went their August 2007 Wednesday -- whitefish special and pork chops special both excellent-- you will not find better, fig, prosciutto appetizer very good too -- i have enjoyed excellent and varied salads there too in the past in evening its usually pretty noisy and they bring food when its ready, - so if you want a slower paced meal hold off ordering the entree until you get your salad or let server clearly know your preference

Great menu selection. The food was hot and eveything was fresh. Is a bit loud but worked out well since we had our 2 children with us. I have been to this restaurant 4 times and will return.

My husband and I went on Valentines evening...so granted, this is a crazy time for any decent restaurant. The place was packed and very noisy so as far as a quiet romanatic dinner...it was not to be. The service was good and the food was delicious Even with reservations, we had a fairly lengthy wait but we both felt afterwards that the noise and wait was worth the quality of the food. It is a great special occasion place, however a little pricey.

Great food. Terrible website. NO online menu. Service in St Charles was sloppy. We felt neglected. Third time this has happened. A few years ago we rented the back room and had a great dining experience went back a few weeks later on date, and they did'nt know who the heck we were...

Went there for my birthday. Paper tablecloths, the table for 4 was the size for 2, we were jammed in there, waiters kept bumping our chairs, waitress was rude, menu is overpriced, food was average at best. All these people who give this place a high rating either has bad taste or we were there on a very bad night. Never will go back again.
