Ho Ho Chop Suey to Take Out, Schaumburg

We order 4 lunch specials. Their menu states that the lunch specials come with fried rice. Instead we ended up with white rice and our chicken tasted like it was nuked. On top of that it took the delivery driver over 1 hour to deliver the food even though we are 10 minutes away. We called back and they argued with us stating that their menu doesn't say you get fried rice with the lunch special. The menu came in the mail today so I doubt it was out of date. Their solution to the problem was to give us a discount next time. Sorry Ho Ho there will be no next time. By the way this place is under new ownership. Prior to this new ownership the food was great.
