Look at all the negative reviews here and across the web and heed all the warnings. DO NOT EAT HERE. BBB rating is an F. My pizza was burned and the the Owner went mental when I informed him that I was not satisfied and I requested a refund. Did not get a refund nor did I get a replacement. Nothing has changed here and they blame you because your not satisfied with a burned pizza and the Owner then blamed the oven and said that s the way pizzas are cooked. Funny thing is, previous pizza was fine. Why anyone would patronize this business is just beyond comprehension.
I just ordered a slice of pizza to go and paid with a $20 and was given change for a $10. When I called it to his attention he insisted that I had only given him a $10. I know for a fact that I gave him a $20. Therefore, I paid $13 for a slice of pizza. Last time I go there!!!!
This used to be my most favorite pizza restaurant of all time. But about a year ago, we went there, and the food just didn't have the qualities that it did in year's past, and it just wasn't as good. But since it's still in business, I guess that the food might be back to normal. I'll have to go back and try it again. I would recommend this to a friend.
We went to Pasta Mia for years, had them for catering, dined in and ordered pizza weekly. One night we went for dinner and were treated terrible by the owners. The food is good but be careful, as they are crabby and not friendly.
I have lived in Bartlett for many years but never visited Pasta Mia. My daughters soccer team had their team party there and boy was I blown away. The pizza was the best I have ever had. The service was great and the staff were really friendly...would go back again.....hopefully soon!
This place is fantastic! The extra thin crust pizza is excellent, pasta dishes are good (alfredo sauce is great) and the staff is warm and accommodating. You can tell that it is Italian family owned with pride of ownership and they appreciate every customer.
I've been eating at Pasta Mia for years, but they have recently hired a new, young employee named Anthony who is very helpful. He advised our group to try the Pepperoni Pizza and pasta dishes and the food was great!! Definitely worth eating there more often, but I moved away from Bartlett and don't get the chance too often.
My husband and I have been living in Bartlett for 5 years and we pass by Pasta Mia EVERYDAY twice. We always talk about trying it sometime.
Finally we did and I can't believe we didn't go there sooner. Everything was fantastic! The food, the service...EVERYTHING. I have a feeling the people at Pasta Mia will be seeing more and more of us from now on.
