Very poor service, and there food was ok but it seemed like they were pushing
us out the door. We were a group of widows and widowers some of us work
still but most of us are retired and live alone. We get together for dinners and
we help each other over the ruff spots. We like to talk and laugh and have a
little fun. We do not like to be rushed or push out any door. The manager of
this place could learn a lesson from Kappy s in how to be nice. Don t waste
your time or your money at this place. THE RAINBOW GROUP.
Just visited for the first time and my last. Saw a roach crawling on the table informed the waitress and was moved to another table. The waitress apologized and informed management however management reacted like it wasnt a big deal and did not approach us even to apologize. We were very disgusted and were not able to finish our dinner and were still charged for the entire meal.bG
Seriously needs to update their menu! Nothing healthy. Mediocre at best. Maybe they should listen to their customers and staff!! Everything is super fattening, slathered in gravy.. AND..their so-called VEAL is PORK!!!! Talk about deceiving their patrons!! Most the wait staff are trucker-mouthed old ladies or trashy middle-aged women! Place needs some serious class! I really hope they use their remodeling and new hours as a way to keep only the good wait staff and weed out the trash. Only reason I kept going is because my mother is stuck on their Turkey..good Turkey, just covered in gravy!
