Francesca's Tavola, Arlington Heights

Today we held our daughter s bridal shower at Francesca s Tavola in Arlington Heights for 38 people. From the early planning stages for the shower through today, we have had the most excellent experience. Our earliest experience started with walking in, unannounced, just as the staff was breaking down a shower. The staff that was present in the restaurant that day stopped what they were doing and took the time to show us around and provide us with information for holding a party at Francesca s. This was so nice of them, and so very much appreciated. A couple of weeks later, we went into the restaurant on a Friday evening to sample some of the entree s offered on the catering menu. Upon our arrival at the restaurant, we noticed that some of the entree s weren t offered on the dinner menu that evening. We explained to the waitress that we were there to try some of the different dishes for a future bridal shower, and she graciously offered to have the dishes made that we were interested in, even though they weren t offered that evening on the restaurant menu. We were able to order everything we were interested in and made our choices based on the delicious food we had that evening. Throughout the planning process, I frequently communicated with the Events Coordinator Julie. She made so many helpful suggestions throughout the whole process, it was clear that she truly wanted us to have a great experience, and we did! Today at the shower, I could not have been more pleased. We were met by smiling faces the minute we entered the restaurant. We had brought some things from home to make the shower feel more personalized (i.e., framed photos for the tables, fresh flowers, and wedding cake cookie favors). Numerous times the staff offered to help us set up our personal things, and saw to our every need. Our server Dario was beyond excellent, as were all of the servers and helpers in the room today. Over and over, our guests commented to us on the great service and the quality of the food that was served. This was THE most perfect day, and each and every person at Francesca s Tavola played a part in making the day memorable. I can t say thank you enough and commend them on a great day for all of us.

Fantastic! Great upscale clean atmopshere. Every staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a group of 6 and all LOVED our food. We were celebrating a few birthdays and the restaurant went above and beyond by sending our table dessert with candles! It's very hard to find a restuarant that can get everything right and Francesca's hit the mark.

I have never been to a more friendly restaurant before and the food just melts in your mouth! I took my husband there for a romantic dinner for his birthday and it was the best choice I had made! We happened to arrive 15min late and they still had the table ready for us, welcoming us with the biggest smiles :) The waitress was very sweet! They have complimentary parking and coat checking! Everything was just perfect! Thank you Francesca! :)

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would. I can't say enough about it. I think it's the best restaurant of any kind in the NW suburbs. I've eaten here many times of the last several years, and the quality and service are consistently excellent. All of their courses, appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, and homemade desserts are of the highest quality... absolutely YUMMY. And the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Go here, and try any of the items on the menu, and you won't be disappointed. Even the bread they serve is exceptional !!
