Overall we had a good experience at The Depot over the last weekend. It was not a bad wait to get our table, we sat in the ultra comfy couches in the bar for about half hour. We were able to transfer our tab from the bar to our dinner bill.
Eventhough the restaurant was busy, there seemed to more than a usual amount of waiting. I think we sat at the table a good half hour until our waiter actually made it over to take our order. I think we would have minded a little more if we weren't enjoying the company we were with. Once our order was taken it was not bad of a wait until we got our dinner, which was excellent. 2 of the people we were with ordered steaks which they loved, one ordered the smoked pork and I ordered the steamer clams which were available. Everything was great. I highly recommend trying the Parmesean dressing they have at the salad bar. Yummy! We noticed on the other tables that everyone had bread while they were waiting for their entrees and we did not receive ours until we asked and our dinner had arrived. The staff was very friendly and the waiter was knowledgable about the wine they offered. The staff was very attentive with refilling your water and removing your plates once you were finished.
The entrees are in the $25-$35 price range and well worth it. The dinners come with the salad bar and the bread. Everything was delicious and well worth the money spent.
The only thing that would have the experience a little better would have been less waiting in between sitting and ordering.
