I have read the other reviews and agree that this restraunt has both good and bad days. The current trend is down. Clean up the quality of the food and set and maintain some standards. Your wait staff seems to try hard generally, it must be the kitchen. One of your managers is a real keeper, should have got her name, I will next time. We eat here often, think it's time to straiten out the slackers by complaining and complementing when deserved...how about it people, are you with me? I think it's time to go back to four or five stars.
I visited Applebee's here awhile back and was not pleased at all. Especially with a particular member of management.. Other than that the atmosphere is very nice and the food is good. If it is cooked right.
I enjoy Applebees as a place for getting together with friends. The atmosphere is great. The only food item I don't care for is the ribs. They are usually over done and dry. The fish is wonderful and the steamed vegetables. I can usually get a good steak there, if it is not right they have been great about getting it made right for me. The service is great, I have only had a few experiences where the server was below par. He did not take my order the host did and someone else brought my food, he stopped once to see if I was okay and then dropped my check at the table and never bothered to ask me if I wanted desert, which I did, but by then I chose not too because of his inattentiveness. Otherwise I enjoy applebees alot. Your spinach artichoke dip is the best I have ever had and your chips also
It has been more than a year since my last review of Applebee's. We still eat here fairly often and enjoy menu options, particularly the Spinach Artichoke dip, the steaks have changed but still good....the beer is still good and the Perfect Margaritas are still perfect. Wait staff, Michele is outstanding. She recognizes us after several months absence and always provides excellent service. At times the ribs have changed but for now, the good cook has returned.
