We went to Roas s while passing through. Prices were ok....not outrageously expensive so that is good but high enough for them to make a good profit (I love to make my own pizzas and I know it s pretty cheap to make one).
The pizza tasted alright--I wasn t thrilled with the red sauce but it s all about preference. It s the same with the crust--it was rather thin on the bottom so that it was a floppy-kind of pizza. I like a thicker crust so you can actually hold it while eating it but I know a lot of people like floppy pizza. To each his own I suppose.
We were on vacation in Paradise Valley and someone had recommended that we try Rosa's Pizza. The large pizza was huge! We got one for thee adults in my family and my son, somewhat of a more picky eater, got a small cheese pizza for himself. There was plenty of pizza left over. The place was extremely busy and they did a large number of take out orders when we were there. The food was great, there sure was plenty of it, and the price was nice as well.
