Bridge Creek, a picturesque stream that flows into the Boulder River, is a special place to Anne & Peter Christ for at least two reasons. It's the place where they were engaged, and it's the place that lends its name to their business: Bridge Creek Backcountry Kitchen & Wine Bar. Our favorite spot was a small footbridge that straddled the creek, explains Peter. In fact, we were standing on that Bridge when I proposed. So when we decided to open our own restaurant, we knew it just had to be named Bridge Creek.
What a great restaurant, my whole family enjoyed their meal and friendly service. I had a hard time chosing which item sounded the best and went with the pork scallopini. Was not disappointed the flavors exploded in my mouth. I will go back next time I'm there and try some of the interesting items on their menu. Would recommend it to my friends and family
From a one time loyal fan...you need a reality check. Your service has gone to the dogs and the attitudes of your staff make it feel like I am doing you a favor to be there. The last three times we have been there have been horrible. We had a waitress ask how much her tip would be even after leaving our drinks empty and two people without silverware well into the meal. The last time the gentleman behind the front desk was about as rude as they come....Each time I think I'll give them one more chance....I think I may be done trying.
This restaurant was a dissappointment to me and my party. I did not like having to look at the menu at the door (bottleneck), then decide (in a hurry-others waiting) and carry a bottle of wine with a number on it to my table. Also, waitress dropped (next to the kitchen window) one of the chicken quasidillas portions on the floor, looked around, and bent down to pick it up and placed it on the plate. She then served it to the table next to us. Great clam chowder, however.
