the food was good very good and no most there food is not pre packaged they make there food there most of it..i love there steaks there, but the service coulda been better the waitress was very loud and took my order from probly 5 feet away..

Service is great! I just find the food to be prepackaged. Its not even homemade. The meat in the buffet didn't even have any flavor. The nefla soup is awesome though. I used to love the rice pudding but they changed it and the rice is not even cooked. Just nasty. They keep their food in the buffet to long so lots of it is overcooked. O and I don't like my baked potatoes put in a microwave. As a matter of fact no food should ever be put in a microwave at a restraunt if I wanted microwaved food I would of stayed home. I guess breakfast is good their but never been their for breakfast cause I like to sleep. Not sure if they serve it all day.

This is the best restaurant in town! The food is always delish and the service is over the top. The restaurant has a variety of dishes and offers healthy choice in addition to a full salad bar and food bar added at night. It's always a first choice for our family when looking for something hearty.

This is one of the many locally-owned family restaurants found in Devils Lake. They have pretty much the same menu as the ones in the Devils Lake area, BUT they make this giant burger there and if you can finish it, you get your meal for free and you get to add your name to the wall, along with other people who have also finished the same burger. It's a pretty neat idea. They have had the same wall (with the names) for 20-some years and it's pretty full. Mr. J's & Mrs. J's is a TERRIFIC place to go for breakfast, as well. They just do an amazing job with the breakfast hour. Mmmm.
