Since I discovered it about years ago, I make it a point to stop by the Inca whenever I'm Sioux Falls. The food has always been authentic, plentiful and delicious! When you walk in, the pleasant amoras take you to Mexico. The wait staff has always been courteous and helpful. If you like it hot and spicy or something more demure, they're more than happy to accommodate you tastes. I highly recommend their chili verde and chili rellenos and all of their desserts.
Waiter was EXTREMELY rude. He seemed annoyed that he had to be serving us. Took our order, never asked us if we wanted anything to drink, then when our food finally came he slammed down our plates and never came back. The food was horrible and expensive. I will NEVER go there again and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants a pleasant dining experience.
The food was good, at a fairly good price especially given the amount they provided you. The waiters were nice and tried to be as prompt as they could (it was really busy when we went there). The bathrooms aren't that great, but they're useable.
