Baker's Ribs, Eden Prairie

First time I have ever been to Baker's Ribs, and I was impressed. I stopped in to get some ribs to take home. I got a half rack of spare ribs, which came with a dipping sauce. I was out the door within 2 minutes of my order at the counter. The ribs had a lot of mouth watering meat that fell off the bone as I ate them. With such a great smoke flavor, I elected to skip the sauce and just ate them as they were. Delicious, and I will be stopping there frequently from now on.
