Had dinner with 6 other girlfriends last night. Our services was slow (that was putting it mildly, took 30 min to get a soda), my chicken fajita meat tasted sour and spoiled. I have been to this location several times and serice is always poor! I have also had another occassion when my little daughter was served spoiled chocolate milk (chunks and all). My girlfriends and I will be looking for another place to have monthly get-togethers:(
The service at this location is ALWAYS horrible. The food is never cooked correctly. The salsa they served with their tacos today was SPOILED. Never again will I give business to this sorry excuse for a restaurant.
Had a really bad experience there today. We went for Sunday brunch, sorry to learn it has been discontinued. Ordered off menu which turned out to be a mistake. Food was bad, service even worse. One person in our party complained to the waitress that his entre was inedible, she laughed and walked away thinking he was joking. When we complained to the manager were told the waitress was working the whole place alone. This place has always been hit or miss - used to occasionally be good, but sorry to say we will not be back.
Acapulco's use to be my favorite restaurant and we would go there on a regular basis, but the last time I was there, they changed their menu and it's not nearly the same options. What I got tasted differently than usual, and their prices went up:( I am sad to say my opinion of them has changed. It was the only restaurant where you could get great tasting food for a very, very reasonable price. Don't they know we are in a recession? Now is not really the time to raise prices!
Acapulco has to be the best restaurant ever. I mean the food is ALWAYS good and NEVER too expensive. Who can pass that up, i mean COME ON, really? It's SO good! If you haven't been there, you're missing out, let me tell ya. Go there and find out for yourself. You will be back in a week, i garentee it.
