Timber Lodge Steakhouse, Owatonna

I love this place. I can not believe some of these reviews. They must be old. I just went two days ago and I had great service and great food, as I always do.

Service was good but the food wasn't the greatest. For what they charge I would have expected better tasting food! I don't think we wiill be going back!

We eat at this location and have had nothing but good food,good service and a wonderful experience all around. We are going on the 5th again.

We ate at your restaurant last night. My husband's steak was tasteless .. mine was tough, gristly, and undercooked. Asking to take it back to the kitchen would have ended up with a more well done, tasteless, gristly steak. Our meal was a huge disappointment!!

June 19, 2011 We went to Timberlodge in Owatonna on Father's Day and we had a great experience. They were very busy but our waitress was on top of things and very attentive. We have been to this Timberlodge in the past and have always had good food and good service. It is a little spendy but worth it. The chicken wild rice soup is the best i've had. I definetly would recommend this restaurant.

For the amount of money I spent this was the worst dining experinece of my life. The service was substandard starting with greeters who fail to greet people. The waitress who served us was as friendly as a sexually transmitted disease. This Timberlodge can't hold a candle to the one in Duluth as far as placing a tasty meal in front of a customer; it was on par with a fast food. Do not waste your money at this place, and I can only imagine the people who wrote 5 star reviews were written by the owners or managers. It's a shame too because coming from Duluth we expected much better from the name Timberlodge.

a horrible dirty experince my wifes steak was raw orderd well they took off a misealy 5 bucks a total let down

very disapointed with food. Went there for my daughters birthday. Soup and bread were good. Ordered hash browns and they were not cooked properly, couldnt eat them and steak was tough and overcooked. Not pleased with the presentation on the plate, did not look appealing. For the cost not good.

When we arrived the hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home. The booths were comfortable and the service was friendly and great. I never had to ask for a refill, our server was always on top of things. I could tell everyone was busy but our service never lacked. When our food came I was amazed by the large servings and it is definately worth the price! We will be back soon!
