On a recent vacation from Georgia to Wisconsin, I had the misfortune of going to this restaurant. It was a disaster from start to finish. During our almost 2 hour ordeal in a half empty restaurant, our reservation was lost, we waited 10 minutes before a waitress even approached the table to greet us, another 20 minutes to get her back over to take our order, we couldn't get refills on drinks (how hard is ice water?), after an hour wait my dinner was served wrong (wrong steak and cooked wrong), and we had to flag the waitress down to get our check (which took another 10 minutes and was also wrong). By this time we just wanted to get out of there. The waitress had an attitude from the beginning and never apologized for anything but spent the entire evening blaming the owner, manager, cook, computer, etc for every mistake. By the end, enough was enough. We were trying to be nice but this was just too much to put up with. When we asked to speak to the manager/owner he was also rude and short with us because we had not complained earlier. To top it off, the waitress gave us the finger and loudly quit! I'm fairly patient and forgiving but this place took bad customer service to a new level. I've never been treated this rudely and am still shocked at the experience. Personally, I think an in-house fight boiled over onto us. However, as the customer, I should not have been involved in their personal problems. This is one restaurant that I will not give a second chance or will I ever recommend to anyone.
