Love this place. Its got a great old timey feel. Comfortable seating with tables in front to place food, beverages, purses on. Serves a variety of food from ice cream to pizzas. Beer and Wine also available. The food is nothing extremely special, but better then you would expect from a movie theather and the prices are extremely reasonable.
I always find a trip to the Rivoli to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, as well as cheap.
I love this theatre for the atmosphere, the food, the seats and the price and will continue to go to movies there but only with cotton in my ears. Volume is too loud. I was sure that my 5 year old grandson would love it too but he won't go with me anymore as he tells me the sound hurts his ears (and he refuses to use cotton in his ears).
I love this theatre. I have a family of 6 so going to movies can be very expensive, but not here. THe prices are low and you can order a pizza and eat right at your table in the theatre which the kids love. I love the old charm too. The only thing I wish were different are the bathrooms, they could really use an overhaul.
Fantastic older theater. It has a few dings and scratches, but has great character. It's obvious that its run by people who love movies and movie theaters. Inexpensive tickets prices, plus real food and beer at the snack bar.
I've lived in La Crosse my whole life, and this theater is one of my favorite things about it. It's historic and the main theater's grandness will take your breath away! Admission is only $3 for adults at night and its cheeper for kids and students. You can enjoy your movie with pizza, beer, and many other food and beverage selections. It's a must see for everyone. I love it!
wanna go somewhere for a movie that will take you back to your childhood?? the rivoli is the place. $3 movies, the best pizza in town, and they serve alcohol....they show movies that havent made it to dvd yet, so you still have one last chance here to see your favorite movie on the big screen. the inside of the theater reminds me of cinderellas castle and has since the first time i went there, to see Fox and the Hound with my brother as kids....it is a tradition that i gladly share with my children.
