Vinchi's Hillside Inn, Sayner

Fantastic pizza and great drinks! The salad bar is very good too, and they always have really good soup. One of the friendliest staffs in the northwoods. We always feel very welcome at Vinchi s. (Can t say that for some other places in the area.) Every time we are in the northwoods, we make sure to stop at Vinchi s!

Pizza is the best and hands down 5 Star. It's best to have the pizza at Vinchi's where it is served piping hot. Their Friday night fish fry is outstanding with Walleye served. The specials of the day are great with nice home made soups and salad bar. Chat

Don't go by the Yahoo Map on this page you will end up in the middle of nowhere. It is on Highway N about 6 miles north east of Sayner. Worth the trip for great pizza.

Ever wonder what happened to all those great neighborhood (family owned) pizza places from the 50's & 60's ? Well look no further than the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Vinchi's Hillside Inn in Sayner Wi. is what you've been looking for. I hav'nt had pizza this great since the days of my youth. You just can't find anything that comes close from those chain places that seem to have taken over everywhere. And it isn't just the pizza. We also sampled the hot wings and ribs. Once again they were to die for. Staff were very friendly and prices quite reasonable. So step back in time and rediscover the tastes you thought were lost forever. Head North to Vinchi's, you won't be disappointed.

I have heard that they had the best pizza in the northwoods, but wasn't prepared for this! I have not had a pizza this excellent for about 25-30 years. Excellent crust, sauce, cheese, sausage, and plenty of toppings. We also tried their rib and wings appetizer - superb! Great atmosphere, service, friendly, and very clean! Enjoy!

Took nieces and nephews camping, heard Vinchi's Hillside had great pizza. Undoubtably and understatement. Loved the sauce and toppings were generous. Teen boys ordered Vinch Burgers. They could have split one they were so big. Girls chose a dinner special, ribs with shrimp including soup and salad bar. What a value! Very personal service for this table of 7. Next trip, Friday will be catch and release on the lake so we can try their fish fry.

Was told they had the best Pizza but wasn't impressed. Prices were outrageous for drinks and food. Staff was on the un-friendly side. Stillwaters or Sayner Pub down the road is a better choice for food, drink and fun
