McDonald's, Antigo

I would agree with the worst McDonalds ever review previously stated. I've given this McDonalds more than its share of chances in the last 7mths since we moved to Antigo. Sorry to say service has gotten better but the hold times are way too long in non peak hours. Food is dry and buns are hard. Hamburgers taste freezer burnt. We will be driving to Wittenberg for McDonalds from know on. Unfortunately not willing to spend our money on crappy food anymore.

This McDonalds is the worst one we have ever been to. We ordered a 20 piece nugget and fish filet sandwich. The sandwich was cold and hard - completely inedible. It had either been sitting in the pass-thru for well beyond half and hour OR it was well beyond the holding time. Either way quite disgusting. For our 20 piece nugget we got 16 nuggets and a chicken strip (because that clearly is 20 nuggets) and the nuggets were cold and hard as well - again way past their holding time. When we called to talk to the manager, someone who was clearly not the manager pretended to be and then told us we could get new food as long as we came in when she was there and as long as it was within the next five days. Given the wonderful quality of this experience there is no way this side of hades we will ever go back to this restaurant. Also, as teachers, there is no way we will take any of our student buses to this location. There are plenty of other places in that town that would appreciate our money and that of our students. Worst McDonalds Restaurant Ever!!! If you had to choose between eating here and starving to death, I highly reccomend starving as the option you choose. It will be a far better experience.
