a friend and i went in to have lunch, we had coffee that taste like dish water or something,
two cheese burgers, two orders of onion rings,
well my burger all most jumped off the plate,
the onion rings were great, but for 23,95
some thing had to be good.
I generally never complain about the food or the service when I go out. The fact that I am taking the time now, obviously tells you how bad it must have been.
The service was terrible, my boyfriend and I actually waited 25 minutes before we were even aknowledged or given a menu..... coffee apparently wasn't even an option at that time. I was almost at the point of walking out when we were finally given a menu, and then we waited ANOTHER 15 minutes for our waitress to come back and take our order. It was then that we were asked what we would like to drink, and it was another 10 minutes before we got the drinks.
When our food came out of the kitchen 35 minutes after our order was placed, not only was the order incorrect, but there was also MOLD on the cucumbers on Ken's salad. We pointed it out to the waitress and we were still charged full price, without even an apology for the tainted food. I highly recommend that you save the money that you would spend eating out and stop at the local supermarket if you want a meal that is edible. I will never go there again. I would also like to mention, that it was the manager of the resteraunt who didn't acknowledge us, or bring us menus. That type of behavior just isn't accepatable for someone in a managerial position
