Myself and My husband have been to El Maya a number of times in 2012 now 2013 both of us got sick from the food.It came to the table burned ,the server never came back to see how everything was.when we talked to the manager he tried to tell us that was the way they alway cook things.

El Maya truly is the best mexican restaurant in the Green Bay area. We order the chicken taco salad (Excellent!!) at lunch time at least twice a week and it is served before we can finish our first bite of chips, bean dip and salsa! Talk about fast food! The food is always fresh and we have never had a bad experience at El Maya. The staff are super friendly and attentive. I wouldn't go any where else for mexican food in NE Wisconsin!!

Hidden Gem! This is in the gas station! Yes it is but it is a full serve, SIT down restuarant. Great food. Order a pitcher of margarita's and the waiters bring it on the top of their heads.

Love this place!!! The food is excellent! The service is the best i have ever had. They are very friendly and fast. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Now that's a Margarita!

Besides having many excellent Margarita choices, the food is awesome! It rivals many of the restaurants in San Diego's Old Town and those on the South side of Milwaukee. The chili rellenos were delicious and not over-powered by the sauce. The tacos and enchiladas were authentic and the servings were plentiful. The atmosphere is charming and the waiters were diligent and friendly. Definitely worth trying when you're in the area!
